This year we are completely flexible on changeover days - this is because Ryan Air flights to Ancona and Pescara are around 50% cheaper on Wednesdays compared to Saturdays, so this represents a chance for our customers to save a lot of money on flights. We are also flexible on periods too - so for example if you want to arrive on a Wednesday and stay for ten days, just contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Weekly Rates for 2010 are as follows:
(all rates in pounds sterling and inclusive of cleaning):
1st April - 28th May 2010 £750 per week
28th May - 30th June 2010 £900 per week
1st July - 31st August 2010 £1400 per week
September 2010 £900 per week
October 2010 £750 per week



Winter rates on request. Please note that during winter months, we levy a charge for central heating, based on actual metered gas usage. This is deducted from your security deposit.
