We are now doing changeovers on Wednesdays, rather than Saturdays. This is because most of our visitors travel to Italy via RyanAir from Stanstead, and Wednesday flights are always cheaper than Saturdays - sometimes as much as half price or more. If you are booking a flight for eight or ten people, this could be a big saving!

We are happy to do Saturday changeovers where possible for those who prefer it - and always for half-term holiday periods.

Weekly Rates for the 2007 & 2008 seasons are as follows:
(all rates in pounds sterling and inclusive of cleaning):
September/October 2007 £700 per week
May 2008 £750 per week
June 2008 £900 per week
July 2008 £1400 per week
August 2008 £1400 per week
September 2008 £900 per week
October 2008 £750 per week

Winter rates on request. Please note that during winter months, we levy a charge for central heating, based on actual metered gas usage. This is deducted from your security deposit.
