Reached by a little used tarmac road,the house has a commanding view of the mountains,also the Gran Sasso of Abruzzi.

The house, built in the local yellow stone, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and has an 8 metre swimming pool and both shaded and sun terraces.

The local Sibillini mountains are very good for walking and, in winter,for skiing.
