Downstairs, there is a lounge with french windows opening onto the terrace, and a large kitchen/diner with door to terrace, and a utility room. The lounge has a double sofabed, which can easily be moved to any bedroom if required, and there is also a single fold-up bed available.

The kitchen/utility room is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Outside, there is an 8 metre swimming pool (1.2 metres deep) with sun terrace, and shaded terracing with table and seats on one side of the house - ideal for breakfast or dinner alfresco! By the pool there is a brick barbeque, as well as a fast cool fridge for drinks, and of course sun-loungers.

The house itself is about 100 years old. It has exposed beamed ceilings throughout, with brick or stone floors. The external walls of the house are very thick, so the interior stays cool even in the heat of the day.
