The house is currently divided into 2 independent apartments which could be easily united with a staircase. The house has been fully rebuilt, the foundations consolidated, and the roof rebuilt. There are exposed beams and “pianelli” (traditional Italian ceiling bricks) throughout the upper floor.

The house has central heating and thermal windows. The upstairs apartment is completed, and downstairs has been plastered and the floors tiled, and just needs furnishing. The downstairs bathroom is fully functioning.

The most appealing aspect is the view out onto the Sibillini mountains, and the olive grove and wood beneath the house. The house lies 5 minutes drive outside the beautiful medieval town of San Ginesio, and is within the Sibillini National Park. Just 35 minutes away is the Adriatic coast.
